Plans and renewal
Pro subscriptions cost $49 USD per year for 1 registered site, $129 USD per year for 5 sites, or $249 USD per year for 25 sites. All plans include all Pro features. These amounts exclude applicable tax; the total must be shown before you pay. There is no monthly billing or introductory price. Your subscription renews annually at the same stated plan price, plus applicable tax, until cancelled.
Cancel future renewal
Use the billing controls in your customer account before the next charge, or contact support for assistance. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves update/download access and subscription support through the paid period. It does not itself refund a completed charge.
14-day refunds
Request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal charge by contacting support with your purchase reference and purchase email. Do not send card details or your licence key. A refund ends the refunded subscription’s update/download entitlement and future renewal. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank. These terms do not limit applicable statutory rights.
What you receive
The Pro add-on requires CampaignBars Free. An eligible purchase provides a private download, a licence key for the selected number of sites, Pro updates and support during the paid period. Each distinct host and WordPress home path counts as one registration, including staging sites. HTTP-to-HTTPS changes use the same server registration. Release a site registration before moving to another site. Automatic Pro updates currently support single-site WordPress; multisite installations use manual ZIP updates.
After expiry or disconnection
Installed local Pro features keep working when the subscription expires, you disconnect the update service, or that service is unavailable. New private downloads, eligible updates and subscription support depend on a current entitlement. Deactivating the Pro plugin skips campaigns that depend on Pro while preserving their saved data. Free campaigns continue to work.
Testing and support scope
Back up and test on staging before using a release on your live site. Support covers CampaignBars installation and documented features. Custom development and compatibility with every third-party shipping, coupon, cache or consent extension are not promised. Shipping and coupon eligibility are governed by your WooCommerce setup. Attribution does not establish an increase in sales.
Free and software rights
Free remains useful without an account or subscription, including countdowns, basic reports, CSV, diagnostics and recovery. Both plugin packages use GPL-2.0-or-later. Subscription services do not remove the software rights granted by that licence. Earlier public beta packages remain earlier releases; they do not create a paid entitlement.
